2. What is the purpose of the 0605?

  • The Payment Form 0605 is to use for tax payment, re-assement of tax, other fees or penalty which is due or advance payment. It is also used for renewing annual registration.

 Notes: This form is to be accomplished every time a taxpayer pays taxes and fees which do not require the use of a tax return such as second installment payment for income tax, deficiency tax, delinquency tax, registration fees, penalties, advance payments, deposits, installment payments, etc.

3. How do you submit the 0605?

  • To submit the form 0605, you must: pay and submit to Authorized Agent Bank or at the BIR Revenue District Office with payment and the memo or demand letter, if applicable.
    1. Sign in black ink.
    2. Get all copies stamped upon payment.
    3. Take one stamped copy back for your own records.
