  • To submit the form 1702Q, you must:
    1. Sign in black ink.
    2. Get all copies stamped upon payment.
    3. Take one stamped copy back for your own records.

4. When is the due date to submit the 1702Q?

  • The 1702Q must be submitted on May 30th, August 29th, November 29th (60 days after the end of the first three quarter — If this day is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it must be submitted by the first working day AFTER.) December quarter should be filed with the annual 1702 tax return.
